Does homeopathic medicine help to reduce Hba1c levels? I've been taking them for the last 15 days. Has anyone tried? Please let me know. Right now, my Hba1c is 7.7.

Please consult your doctor and see what can be done to lower the A1c. You might have to change medications/dosages.

I disagree. How does homeopathy cures cold and cough for kids(and adults) every time then? My friend's mom, who is a pediatrician, after years of practice, concluded that homeopathy is good for kids, particularly infants.

sorry cold or cough dont get cured in children with homeo.it is more acceptable by children.that is all

It works for me for cold,cough and sore throat as well. It works best for infants and children.

I tried homeopathy for some months. There was no improvement in my HbA1c. See this link below.

Homeopathy and Aurvada treatment does not have an emergency wards to treat in case of problems. That is the problem I am scared to get treatment from these two systems.

Homeopathy is very effective if the Dr can identify the right medicine matched with your history. However homeopath Dr's suggest that you continue with the allopathic treatment and if HbA1C starts going down, slowly reduce allopathic medicine in consultation with your doctor.

it has only a placebo effect.but can reduce HBA1C if you srictly follow homeo rule of 3doses in a day.at 8 hours interval,preceded by an empty stomach or taken 3 hours after any feed.

the catch is you will be naturally fasting most of the time

In homeopathy,now a good doctor prescribe several medicine in tinture form mixed together in one bottle.It will work only you cut your carb.with out carb counting it will not work.First is carb counting, whether allopathy,homeopathy or aurved.Better count carb.and rely minimum with drugs.

Homeopathy depends on constitutional cure . It basically strengthens the immunity power and allows the system to work for driving out the disease causing factors . It is efficacious in chronic diseases and even in acute diseases when the system becomes strong any problem can be attended to immediately . After years of misuse of the body's defence system with steroids , antibiotics , narcotics one can not expect instant results . By now modern medicine found out that excessive of antibiotics stopped responding to them . Diseases have become drug resistant and bacteria has become antibiotic resistant .Recently a close family friend died with antibiotic resistance . He was given antibiotics worth of nearly 80000 in a span of one week . They could not save the patient . Instances like this do not come out . In case of alternative medicine immediately they prowl on the advocates of alternative medicine .The medical mafia has to accept their failures openly and give due weightage and respect to alternative medicines . A slow change in attitude is coming in this respect and almost all educated elite are now turning towards alternative medical cure . But the saddest part is even the alternative medical systems are falling a prey to the lure of big money once they are given a chance to prove their mettle .
