It is a proven fact that T2's get benefitted by LCHF.

The article below says that even T1's can also get benefitted by LCHF. The article says :

(1) In view of the recent findings that the saturated fat and cholesterol has no role in increasing risk of heart disease.

(2) Eating too much carbo with less fat would call for injecting more insulin and it is the Insulin toxicity which causes all complications.

(3) Therefore , the article concludes T1's can also benefit with LCHF with lesser amount of insulin.

All T 1's please get updated.

Very interesting read - a different perspective.

(2) Eating too much carbo with less fat would call for injecting more insulin and it is the Insulin toxicity which causes all complications.

(3) Therefore , the article concludes T1's can also benefit with LCHF with lesser amount of insulin.

All T 1's please get updated.

The title of the post and your observations with regard to LCHF and T1/T2 appear to be contradictory.
