I tested my HB1AC it is 11.2 with 285 ppbs 205 fbs recently by august 31and

i will bring down to normal by six months without medicines i will update changes in my body

im not over confident or arrogant i have lot of faith on myself

as of now im facing less or no problems except frequent urination

let us see what happens if im defeated then this medicine industry is right otherwise most of you who are advocating for medicines must change your attitude
