FBS is more than PPBS

I am 63 years old healthy man and I do routine blood sugar test. In recent test it was found that my FBS was 108mg and PPBS 95mg/dcl. Please let me know what could be the reasons for these results. I am not on any type of medication for any disease.

What did you have for your breakfast or lunch. Did have food having high fat low carbohydrate check this. As the fat in food interefers with glucose estimation due to chylomicron formation

Sorry it is not theory I have estimated several cases where in take of break fast consisted not carbohydrated but oil break fast like puri, dosa etc. I have repeatedly confirmed this.

I AM MEDICATING MY BLOOD SUGAR WITH AMARYL M2 TWICE A DAY. iNITIALLY I STARTED WITH INSULIN BUT DUE TO TEMPERATURE PROBLEM i LEFT IT DURING JULY,2013. STILL THEN IT WAS OK. BUT RECENTLY ON HEAT AND COLD SHOCK i HAVE BECOME SEEK WITH BODY ACHE & LITTLE FEVER.

TOMORNING STUNTLY I OBSERVED THAT THE FASTING BLOOD SUGAR ISSHOWING 210 IN MY CBS.

Thing to keep an eye on is, though ppbs is lower than fbs, fbs is always over 100 (me too) and what is your HbA1c? Mine is always in the range of pre or full diabetic, never got < 6 so far
