how can i start LMW therapy?

What exactly is LMW therapy? Google search indicates that it is connected to mental therapy.If that is correct,I am afraid this is the wrong forum to address.

Sir,1kg of LW in Amazon is almost Rs 200 including postage.Better you start LCHF diet.But you consult a diabetologist. Then follow lchf and reduce your suger level.Medicine first.Thanks
