I can see your diet is predominantly carbohydrate based , that causes high blood sugar levels. Please find out about LCHF diet here on this site as well as from other sources on the net . Basically try to cut wheat ,rice ,lentils etc.in any from to the minimum ( to about 100 gms /day ) and increase consumption of fresh green veggies , good fats like ghee , coconut oil, butter, cheese ,hung curd , eggs , nuts and seeds etc.in your diet.Besides medicines and physical activity diet plays the most important role here. Good luck !

Check yout HbA1C. If it is in the normal range, you need not worry much. On a particuar day and time the Fasting sugar may vary.

Pathambidurai, is telling true.

If HBA1C is in between 6.5 -7.5

Then need to worry about diabetes. Even fasting comes high and low. Don't worry be 😇

Hi

as per my own experience, writing this

i had Hb1Ac ~ 10.1%. (Jan 2017)

now its ~5.4%. (in Dec 2017 & in May 2018)

Not taking any medicines now. I DO NOT LIKE TO TAKE MEDICINES.

As i extensively adamant to take medicines (of course only in EXIGENCY i take medicines) , but try find natural and systematic routes of remedies.

So, at first i.e. in Jan 2017 i started medicines, but in parallel searching for natural options.

So found the Low Carb High fat (LCHF) diet, Exercise or best is walking ( i do about 30mins every week days), intermittent fasting (say on only liquid diet i.e. vegetables clear soup (very good taste) once in a week) etc.

Now very occasionally, i do take chocolates, cakes, lemon rice etc, which i LIKE :). But once i take them generally i give a lot of gap for next eating time. mean time take only water or clear soup. And only much bother about Hb1Ac, i stopped testing on my own everyday, but do it on weekly once or when i take these chocolates etc. (when at that time rarely fasting sugar levels comes to around 7 to 8 mmol/l).

all the best.
