What are permissible side dishes to be consumed along with LMWDR ? Can one eat raw vegetables , gooseberries along with this

You need not restrict your choices for no reason.For example,channa masala or palak panneer are okay because they have low or medium glycemic index,If you search on the net,you can find out the glycemic index of all the food items that we normally consume.You can select any of the items that have lower glycemic index.

You need to count total glycemic load of the foods you are eating. With lwmdr you can take veg esp green leafy ones.

How about clubbing lwmdr and high fat like paneer , eggs and butter. Should we count the calorie.

Yes. We need to count calories too. Eggs are proteins. High carb high fat diet a deadly combo. Better avoided. Paneer having both fats and proteins.
