Diabetics are normally advised to cut down on fruits to one serving a day. If your BS levels are in control you can have restricted amount of fruits such as guava, apple (half) ,strawberries, orange, papaya , golden or blue berries , musk melon , medium size banana , kiwi ,fresh coconut etc. and jamun is considered especially good for diabetics !.But no fruit juice , as sugar levels in fruit juice ( and no fiber) can cause a significant spike in blood sugar levels, increasing the risk of hyperglycemia.

I have a different view. Bananas are high in carbs. Better avoided. Papaya and kiwi, too. Orange juice also high carbs. Apple, guava, berries, avocado, grapes 12-15 seeds or say 50 g, watermelon are good in moderation. Sapota too high carb. Mango. 51 gi so amount must be limited so that gl doesn't cross 10. Also not many fruits or carby meals at the same time.
