Even if you do find sugar free biscuits, the flour will flash over to glucose - the last thing you need.

Fruits are very high in sugar, berries if you must eat fruit are the lowest in sugar, but still should be eaten in moderation.

You may find lot of baked stuff including biscuits in the market that can be sugar-free using stevia or splenda. However, that will not solve your problem, my friend. The biggest culprit is your Carb that you will be eating. The fruits are mostly high in sugar and carb..if you really have to.. you can have berries in small quantities only.

A diabetic can consume apple, pear, orange, papaya, guava, jamun, sweet lime, Only take 150gm among any one of them.

you can try Marie biscuits and any high fiber diabetic biscuits.

Next time please see the nutritional contents of Marie biscuits

It's >80% carbs and sugars.

How can we take something with so high carbs and that too refined carb+sugars+pufa loaded oils + other ingredients

Better we take some peanuts or walnuts if hungry .

@ Sony7

can you post the diet chart for all to see, rather than call you number. This is an open forum. Please do so, if your intentions are otherwise.

Avoid fruits that are too sweet.. sour fruits or the ones just on the verge of ripening are the best choice.

Avoid most biscuits.

Anup,

you started it all in other post. I mentioned it when you criticized about posting about the book by Dr Neil Barnard.

I am not following all posts in this forum. Wherever I seen posts about cell no or adv, i have mentioned my opinion. Some maybe I have missed. It is not my duty to warn every time. It is left to their descretions also.

your quote in the above

"but one mention of dlife.in sees them start name calling and make wild baseless allegations that we make money."

Now, I know, what you are saying as name calling.......Have, I at any point called you any names or abuse in any of my posts to you.

Prove it, and repost them here in this post.

I have always respected everyone , each and everyone with due regard and affection as one member of a large family.

Sorry, if you are carrying tales.

I quit this forum, here and now.

I cannot tolerate this abuse and lies any more.

I have better stuff to do than my words be twisted and reproduced as name calling and etc....

Wish you all Good health and God Bless.
