Sugar/HbA1c Results: Hi. My result for the A... - Diabetes India
Sugar/HbA1c Results
As per the new std in between 7 to 8 is okay . It's an average taken over a period of 3 mnths
By loosing 10% of the body weight brings a1c under 6% in most of the cases so do it rigorously and see hiw it works in case one more thing try loose lower abdomen fat first and that will go long way good luck
No Fat No over weight
Keeping active is very important. A walk every day & other things.
Ok thnx
I would like to find a site that lists all the fake diabetes remedies that are online!!! I realize the on liners will try to force on us that they are the best but it would be lies!!! This can be remedied by a great programmer!! On the other hand a site showing all remedies that actually work or both on the same site!! I'm tired of throwing money away on frauds and there are a ton of them!!!!!!
Hidden : I can totally relate to CRP values that you have quoted and its importance in DM2.
When I was diagnosed DM2 in Jan 2017 my CRP value was a whopping 5.03 mg/L(<=3.0 mg/L) and 1AC was 8.9 and now after 1 year by following LCHF diet I have lost about 17 Kg weight and my CRP value is now 0.8 mg/L and 1AC is 5.7 so yes you are 100% correct.
Just a FYI that this time when I did my blood essay the Dr. suggested 2 more tests for DM that is :----
FRUCTOSAMINE : 205 μmol/L (Reference Range : <=286 μmol/L) and
BLOOD KETONE (D3HB) : 1.67 mg/dL (Reference Range : 0.21-2.81 mg/dL)
Thanks
