Recently diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus Type-2 in New York, USA.

Dear Sir,

My name is Anand, I was recently (Oct 2017) diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus Type-2. Along with this I also have high triglycerides (nearly 450-500) problem. My fasting BS remains in 100-125 mg/dl range and PPBS remains in 140-199 mg/dl range on daily basis. Last HbA1c was 7.2 in Oct 2017. I am also taking Omega-3 ethyl esters (Lovaza) 2 grams two times daily for high triglycerides with Metformin 500mg two times with meal for controlling diabetes. My mother is also diabetic since last 10 years in India. We are basically from kolkata,WB but I am currently living in New York, USA for last 4 years. Please advise the complete procedure to reverse this disease for me and my mom. Thanks for your valuable time and advise in advance.

Well done for taking care of yourself. Pls cut down on carbs & read all the pkts of everything you eat/drink. Everything has a bag of sugar in it. Good luck & keep at it.

Thanks but still the figures are not in normal range FBS < 100 and PPBS < 140 so trying to learn the follow the process to bring the figures in normal range.

If you made a diary of a weeks bg it may help. If you got up on Mon morning & went to work you may be high because on the Sunday you did not do anything & had a Sunday dinner. If on a Tues you had dinner from the canteen at work & went high you would know. Be a detective, Good luck.

My a1c dropped to 4.9, but fasting bs remained high ( around 110). So don't focus too much on that. I started with a1c 11.9. excruciating and diet can reverse this disease but you need to remain disciplined after that. Avoid high bs impact on body and live longer!!

In my experience the homeopathy medicine in india will help. but u should take nearly 2 to 3 years along with ur allopathy medicine. then u can take homeopathy medcine alone for some years. No side effects in homeopathy medicine and is cheap comparred with allopathy medicine.If possible try this.
