No any added advantage by mixing grains for diabetic and prediabetic better if you restrict or avoid grains.

By soaking and sprouting there is change in nutrients and it also eases digestibility.

Kindly leave your complete Lipid profile. There is solution for you, without medicines.

Before diet changes first thing is to bring down BS levels which are dangerously high. With so many drugs if you are still unable to control BS then you need to change your doctor and may need insulin shots to lower your BS.

You have been prescribed statin drug. What is your lipid profile?

What is your current diet?

I second suggestion given by kclvbn. However, since you have shed 15% weight, I think you can take more calories than 1,2000 . . . just avoid carbs

Your diet is free of fat. Avoid root vegetables. Add butter, Ghee, Egg, Fish.

What diet plan you are suggesting is full of carb loaded. A person with such bad sugar levels how do you think that i will control his BS. Even ADA recommends certain percentage of fat. In you diet there is hardly any fat content. And you are saying that this is from experts. Only who don't know anything about diabetes and nutrition would suggest this kind of diet.
