The pain may be due to Nueropathy. Diavita plus or any combination of Alfa Lipoic Acid and Vit B1 B6 B12 may help. Talk to your Doctor who may prescribe a combination.
Long term diabetes may cause pain in the feet and burning sensation on the skin.In my experience, there is no solution for this, medically. But you can get relief by applying foot cream on the feet and moisturising cream on the skin.
I really donot whether right or wrong but my husband was prescribed Vitamin B along with metform stating that you may get deficiency sometines and aftet that he got trduced leg pains. I sincerely suggest you to meet your doctor to understand your health conditon better. Please take care of yourself
Pl increase water intake and drink water decoction of coriander leaves to detox lever and kidneys. In my experience; it helps. You can add one antacid 75/150mg .....Sudhir Gangal.

Nerve damage that occurs in people with diabetes is called diabetic neuropathy. This condition is a complication of diabetes. Nerve damage can be prevented by strict control of blood sugar over a long period of time. Nerve damage once occurred can be restored.
Pregabalin capsules, oral solution (liquid), and extended-release (long-acting) tablets are used to relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves) that can occur in your arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes. But it has side effects, some of them are serious.
