  • I m having type II diabetic & CVD problem. I eat Pomgranates to reduce the cholestrol. Is it benificial for CVD patients. how it will affect by Blood sugar

  • It is always good to have fruits but their sugar level should be low. The quantity also shhjould be advised or it can be known from your doctor.

  • If HbA1C is less than 7 ,one can take liberty of taking any fruit .If it is more than 7 ,avoid fruits with high sugar contents and eat others in moderation....say 100-300 gms depending upon sugar level of fruits
