anybody used giloy or tinospora for diabetics. whether leaf or stem of plant should be used. how much quantity should be taken. whether it will cure permanently by regenerating pancreas to produce insulin

Yes LCHF works and it rules supreme as far as EFFECTIVELY managing diabetes with FAR better sugar readings on FAR less or ZERO drugs.

Those who missed the LCHF bus, miss no chance in attacking LCHF for no good and valid reason. They just state useless OPINIONS.

Not only sugar readings, even LIPIDS improve and people go off USELESS and dangerous Statin drugs.

Two weeks before my FBS was around 170 and PPBS was around 210. HbA1C was 8.8

I am trying it for the last ten days and very good improvement in my FBS &. PPBS. I have already posted the progress and I will be posting further after getting these good readings consistently. I intend to continue till I reduce first and eliminate my medicines. it's my experience and goal.
