Fasting blood sugar should be less than 100 mg/dL.

Postprandial blood sugar must be less than 140 mg/dL. If the blood sugar exceeds 180 mg/dL, sugar will be released along with urine.

Please state the details of medicines, you are taking. Allopathic medicines will control your blood sugar only up to 50%. The other 50% of blood sugar should be controlled by diabetic diet and aerobic exercise. If you take strong anti-diabetic medications, it will cause frequent hypoglycemia.

Adopt low carbohydrate diet.

Exercise (brisk walking) daily for about 30 minutes.

Undergo HbA1c test.
