You cannot come to any conclusion based on home test results. Visit a reputed lab and get tested for FBS,PPBS and most importantly,HbA1C.Then only you can decide what to do in future.Anyway your PPBS is definitely on the higher side.
I see. Ur doing well for that age. I thought u wud be in early 30's or so. So you're on meds from 1yr. Ur a mild diabetic for now, just one day without meds, we cannot be sure. Whichever course you choose, meds or just diet and excercise, constant checking of glucose levels will help you, if they are working or not. From what u hv reported, it looks just diet and excercise will work for you, at least for a few months or so and more.
you can control fully without medicines. But get tested for all lab tests HbA1c, BS, PP, Lipid profile, liver, etc etc tests. and then do very clear non carb diet..
but before that information, get tested and then contact.
