Your LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels are high. HDL cholesterol is low.

Adopt low-carbohydrate diet. Triglyceride levels are also reduced by moderate exercise and by consuming omega-3 fatty acids from algae, fish, flax seed oil, and other sources.
