Consult an ortho dr.

What's the sugar levels...?

Frozen shoulder is common in diabetics

Some daily exercises needed which an orthopaedic Dr will teach you

It is extremely painful. You have to practice some physical training exercises and weight(2kg)exercises for several days.Consult an orthopaedic surgeon and take treatment from a physiotherapy lab,You will be free from pain in one or two weeks.Painkillers are not useful.

Lowering of high blood sugar is essential to lower pain. Physiotherapy will also help.

Consult an Orthopedist.

Consult a good physiotherapist ,he will only cure frozen shoulder. No medicine will work. I was suffering from frozen shoulder in right side since 1and half year and during this period i took all types of medicine without any relief. After advice of doctor i consulted a physiotherapist and took 6 month treatment and i am now free from frozen shoulder since july 2017.You have to do exercise regularly advised by your physio to avoid reappear the problem.

Please try following.

1) flex you arms at the elbow. Put the tips of fingers on shoulders. Keep the arms at 90 degrees to the torso.Rotate arms at shoulder joints 360 degree. To the bearable limits. Gradually pain will reduce. Try many times. No limits. But if that doesn't relieve / lessen your pain

2) consult an ortho. You might require an intra articular steroid injection (s) and pain killers.

Gud luk. Keep us update.

I can tell an essential oil blend for this. To about 3-4tbsp of coconut oil, add 3drops each of rosemary, lavender, helichrysum and wintergreen essential oil. Can also add peppermint essential oil. After hot moist fomentation over the area apply this oil gently. Also massage this oil on shoulder reflex point on both feet. Should give relief. Pl consult some aromatherapist before this treatment.

Physiotherapy

Go to you tube.all kinds of exercise, therapy, medicine recommended.

You can practice as you like.

But mind it.it is a long journey, because, this is a complex joint and too many things are involved.especially tendons take long time to normalise.

Tendoshot cap mayvb useful.vit D3 WILL surely help.macvestin tab will b useful.these are not pain killers.

A visit to physiotherapist, chiropractic er will b help full.even doctors only will send you to PT.

Not what you're looking for?
