I too had suffered with this problem few years back.It is not serious but extremely painful. You have to undergo physiotherapy exercises and weight training with 2 kilo weights. You can get rid of the problem completely without any residual issues.

I fully agree with Mr Venkataramana. I too had suffered with this problem. For a month time I taken physiotherapy exercises and after that I joined a JIM and making regular normal exercises. It helped me in controlling Blood Sugar Level as well as good sleep and painless nights.

The only treatment for frozen shoulder is physiotherapy. There are simply excercises which can be done anytime of the day in spare time of 10 mints.

See my mrs also suffering from RA since2000 at that time we were residing in Dombivalli still the problem is allotting her, but she is doing our house hold works. In 2003 we shifted to Navi Mumbai there we met a good doctor Shri Sanjyadher an ortho

from Bombay Hospital now he got his own Hospital at Seawood

Nerul you can consult him for good gidence. For AR you should take regular medicine other wise it will affect all parts of body in different deceases like breathing trouble skin problem urinal etc Avoid using Bath soap instead can use coconut cake means the existence of coconut oil extract it is an ayurvedic advice.

Yes physiotherapy , and then exercises. Also side by side try massage with this oil, you can make at home :

100 ml Til oil , add abt 15-20 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of ajwain. Boil till garlic turns brown-black. Cool n Filter.

Massage once a day..NO side-effects.

Exercise is a MUST, post physiotherapy.

I have the same problem for about 2 years. Tried everything suggested with no solution.

Try sleeping with your arms curled above your head. It helps a little.

Nothing needed just consult any physiotherapist and start exercises . It will be cured fully but take a little time.

I had the same problem before three years. I was diabetic and was on tablets and sugar control. I took lots of medicines, xray, applied all types of gel etc. But I came to know the problem will remain for about 7 months. I did cross that level. Of course some physiotherapy of both hands helped me a lot. If you want I can send you the exact process of those. At last in the month of November I had to go for bypass surgery as there were four blocks and couldn't avoid it through medicines. I don't know exactly what you have. You can go for treadmill test, echo etc. and finally for angio. Best of luck and hopefully yours is a minor problem not like mine.

Only exercise will help you. You can try Glucosamine tabs if you like. Google it for more information.
