If in any of the blood test is abnormal than only take supplement

And supplement will not help in your hair loss

Only option is hairtransplant so don't waste your money on supplments

You are very young, so don't think yet of transplant. You can regrow your hair. Check thyroid profile. If that is off, it needs to be controlled. It can cause hairfall.

Then, eat lots of good fat in your diet. Like cashews, walnuts, almonds, flax seeds, coconut. This is good for diabetes as well.

Use onion juice. Make the juice fresh, you will need just 2-3 teaspoons. Add 2-3 drops of any essential oil in it. Rosemary and tea tree are best. Apply on scalp for an hour, or everynight if you can. Wash with mild shampoo in the morning. I have seen hair grow on bald patches also with onion juice.

1-2 times per week put hair mask of reetha, shikakhai and amla.

Drinks lots of water. Eat lots of greens.

Make sure your scalp and head area is relaxed and not tensed.

Do meditation for that and also massages. Every time you massage your hair and scalp, say that you love your hair and your hair is growing thick and beautiful.

It's OK if this sounds silly or airy-fairy. You won't lose anything.

Try it. All these things are personally tried and tested. I had terrible hair fall but my hair has grown back to its previous thickness now.

Mr wife successfully treated her problem without recourse to any of the medical profession but by taking capsules of brewers yeast and others of prelle, a plant extract, both recommended by a homeopathic practictioner. Remember that hair grows quite slowly and you won't see any real improvement for about six or nine months. My wife now has a good head of hair again. Good luck.

Cetapin tablets 500mg contain metformin, an oral antihyperglycaemic medication, used to control blood sugar levels in people with type-2 diabetes mellitus. In some patients, hypothyroidism coexists with diabetes.

Hair loss is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism. Please check Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). Normal values range from 0.4 to 4.0 milli-international units per liter (mIU/L).

Consult an endocrinologist.
