Dear all,

I want to know if I take allopathic medicine on empty stomach early morning along with fenugreek soaked (late night) water is it OK? Is their any side effects?

Take allopathic medicines as per doctor's directions,before;during; or after the food, and it depends on type of medicines your taking.....soaked fenugreek seeds can be taken in the morning.. check whether it increases your acidity, if so, take it with some food like sprouted moong or sprouted grams...or you can add it in vegetable preparation...

In traditional medicine, fenugreek is thought to promote digestion, induce labour, and reduce blood sugar levels in diabetics, although the evidence for these effects is lacking.
