About intercourse time

hello ,

Im diabetic type 1 patient since from my childhood now i am going to get marry in next few months i am quite afraid about the intercourse time because while masturbating i mean handjob it juat take hardly not even one monute less than that to release the sperm if the samtime happens while intercorse with upcoming wife i cannot able to satisfy her it may lead to problem please advise me to take some measures which longlast (type 1 insulin dependent)
