Ok . Let me Clear In the beginning, This Comparision is not about LCHF but is comparison within HC food group.

Will Latest EWxepriment with my Food Intake , I observed some unclear pattern ,

1. When I take WHITE RICE ( FULL MEAL THALI ) and I logged my reading

as ..

0 mins - > 94

45 mins -> 142

90 mins -> 124

120 mins -> 104

150 mins -> 93

2. Fruit Breakfast 6pcs of Jackfruit, one small Banana , and half mango

I registered

0 mins -> 96

45 mins -> 137

90 mins -> 104

120 mins -> 97

3. 1 and a half + beans medium size Chapathy

0 mins - > 88

45 mins -> 141

90 mins -> 130

120 mins -> 120

4. 1 Medium size Ragi Ball ( Finger Millet ) + 1 Small Cup of Navane ( Millet)

0mins ->92

45 min s-> 180

90 min s-> 160

120 Mins -> 142

Though all are considered High Carbs according to LCHF , Still

in terms of HIGH Carb, My FIRST Foods (1 & 2) are very rich in carbs & sugar compare to last 2 foods (3 &4 )

My Experience during this test was

1. White rice and Sugar rich Foods ( no Fiber ) never spikes my BG To more than

50 Points and come back to 90 's in 2 hours

2. Less HIGH CARB compare to WHITE RICE AND SUGAR RICH FRUITS causes high BG SPIKE more than 70-90 points and never come back to my Pre Meal Numbers even after 3 hours .

Is this due to high flux of insulin on HIGH CARB INTAKE or My Body can process white rice and furits better than WHEAT AND MILLETS?

Good that you are trying various combinations and monitoring the results.I think that is the best way to go.Keep doing it with more combinations until you arrive at what suits you best.This process would be never ending,though.

The effect of RAGI and Millet which caused high BG vs Fruits ( high sugar ) caused low BG surprised me .both have fiber in that , any reason behind that?

you need to recheck keeping the calorie intake constant.say 1600 kcal or 2000 kcl.Then only you are able to say which is good or bad
