1) It is fatal if your blood sugar level falls below 40 mg/dL or increase above 500 mg/dL. Normal blood sugar level 70 mg/dL to 200 mg/dL.
4) Test your fasting blood sugar everyday provided your blood sugar level is above normal. Avoid the foods that cause hyperglycemia. Fasting blood sugar should be less than 100 mg/dL and PPBS should be less than 140 mg/dL.
5) HbA1c test (Average blood sugar level) and not AB1C test. Lifespan of red blood cells is only 120 days. Blood sugar will combine with hemoglobin to form glycated hemoglobin. Hence this test is done once in every 3 months.
