Is it a diabetes problem and about its treatment

Hi doctors.my age is 20.my fbs is 132 and ppbs is 168. What is my problem and treatment to be taken to reduce the problem

May be you must double check the FPS and PP in a good pathology to be sure about the investigation result. Them probably look for the consultation to correct it.

If you want to rule out diabetes,go for HbA1c test.Afterwards come back to this forum to get all your doubts cleared as well as proper advise.

Get you HbA1c checked. You can very well control your Blood Sugar level by 1) Regular exercise like brisk walk or a jog for about 40 to 50 minutes (5 to 6 km)everyday b) Diet control- Reduce your Carbohydrate intake and total calorie per day to 1800 divided in 6 parts 3 minor meals like morning tea afternoon snack and evening snack and 3 mazor meals like Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 3) Consult a doctor whose specialisation is diabetes. Get your blood sugar checked regulrly

Eat methi seeds

Eat chia seeds and flex seeds

Do 5 set of dumbells after 30 minutes of foods

U will see reduction in sugar level try it

I'm following this since last 9 months and my hba1c has decreased from 12.2% to 6.3 % till now

You have got impaired fasting glucose. Do not consume food after 8:00 pm.

Fasting blood sugar is high (more than 126 mg/dL) and postprandial blood sugar (2 hours after consuming food) is considered as prediabetes.(more than 140 mg/dL and less than 200 mg/dL)

During sleep, only minimum energy is required for the body. Hence you may consume light food before 8:00 pm.

Engage in brisk walking for 30 minutes daily.

Actually walking will help minimum u can do squat with weight on your shoulder it will help u more
