Hi, Did u go through the subject web site ? Don't u agree with the basics of EFT ? Why it's popular in US and other advanced countries ? why do u find many followers and practitioners all over the world ? what is your experience about this ? Have you commented without any substance ? Jadoo Tonaa aur Andha Shraddhaa may aur iss may bahoot farak dikhtaa hai. Kyaa aap isay maante nahi ? kyu maante nahi ? kyaa dooniyaa may bahut Andha shradhaaloo hai ? I think it has scientific base and latest studies proves its substance. Your take please.

If one has diabetes,it is better to take recourse to proven clinical techniques rather than these pseudo sciences.

Hi venkataramana,

What do you mean by "pseudo sciences"? Please elaborate.

I read from the web that clinical psychologists have not approved this method. But then ,if you have more reliable information, kindly share it with us.

I thought it was a general comment. That is fine. No, I do not have information related to that.

I fully agree with you. I will further suggest that one takes a spoon full of fenugreek and soak it at night and in the morning chew and it the fenugreek and drink the water. I definitely helps.

Hi pnchandra,

But medfree is against or not interested in "control by regular exercises/ jogging/ yoga". :) (I am not getting a laughing face symbol here).

His only manthra is: LCHF.

I fully agree with medfree. I am another example who has controlled with the help of LCHF. Why wander about this or that follow LCHF for one month and check the result.

Dear sir, Please study about EFT . Before commenting about HH Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's technique, please attend any of his programs/ courses. Living Well Program is an effective way to control life style deceases. Clinical tests are done before and after the 7 days program. breathing techniques, exercises, awareness about the deceases, food habits and stress relieving techniques are practiced. Keep Smiling.

Yes, there can't be two AK's as there cannot be another Medfree, because each one is unique. No body can take the place of the other.

All these are applicable to newly diagnosed diabetic with a slight increase in blood sugar and not for an established diabetic with blood sugar values above 300 or 350

It only shows your impatience and negatively single-mindedness. Human body is just like a great machine and I do not need to describe about machine maintenance, at least for the sake of others' patience. I already told you that you can stick to your LCHF suggestions but do not discriminate other options.

YOU ARE WRONGLY MIS-LEADING AND SUGGESTING PEOPLE TO NOT TO WALK OR WORK-OUT. It is more dangerous. And it is really a laughable statement.

Your comment:

"I believe that Pancreas beta cells cannot be "healed". It can never be."

I was saying in case of diabetes-2, it is not sure whether beta cells are damaged or not. Keep your negativism within you.

And for your short-memory, let me remind you that I told you at max FBS 100, it is not always 100 and I get around 100 when I add some extra curries. And I am only a 4months+ old diabetic and I am improving on.

I am open to many options including LCHF diet but you seem to be sitting in well (without work outs/ exercises) of your own thoughts.

Spread positiveness, it has miracles to make.

Hi pnchandra,

I NEVER said its wrong to switch to LCHF. I am open to LCHF, in fact everything that is logical/ beneficial.

Man, you seem to be sticking to what only you think is right. I am wasting my time by arguing with you. I read your comments fully and completely. When did I say or where did you find that I quoted 100 as PLBS/ PPBS? And I do not think PLBS of 100 is bad? Come on. But yes, I have mistaken PPBS for FBS but not in mis-read.

At 90, people will not be eating spoons of butter either, though I do not want to live till 90, lying on bed even without be able to stand/ walk. Life has stages, why are you so worried of walking/ jogging/ yoga etc. Try to do pranayama, it feels wonderfully, awesomely fresh though out the day.

Let me reach my goal of HbA1C < 6, then I will follow LCHF diet and report the same here on this forum. Hope it works for me too.

swamyjee cool. why r u arguing with medfree. really his findings r wonderful. he is doing lot of research and sharing his experience. we have to appreciate good things. u can share ur experience also. healthy debates r ok. my request to medfree is, not to abuse ADA or any body else always. people are aware of every thing.

I second that.

Let us not say "My Way or The Highway".

Let each of us ( those of us, who have managed to control their Diabetes ) present what has worked for him / her & let others make the choice, experiment & stick to what works for them.

Thanks
