Blood Sugar Increasing decreasing rapidly

My mother's blood sugar was 310 in fasting but when i tested again after 50 min it decreased to 177 is it normal or should i consult a doctor ?

Your mother is diabetic.

Now you have two options.

1) consult a doctor and start medicines.

2) if your mother is determined to fight out D start IDM. This is a better option. Lchf diet. You will start getting good results very soon.

Does she take medicines. Such a fluctuation is not desirable. Evening walk might help her control her fasting sugar.
