Hi i am 37 years old and just found that i am diabetic. My current report is FBS/ppbs is 343/497. My medicine is gimmer1 and januvet 50/500. I need to know is any permanent cure for diabetes.

No permanent cure available as of now.. However u can control the readings with LCHF diet... Don't ever fall victim to anything that claims a CURE.. Don't waste your money on them...

Field job, daily walk for 1 hour, 2spoon refined oil, low sodium salt, my mother is diabetic patient for last 35 years now she is 60 rest no body in my family is diabetic.

It is simple.

1. Walk / physical activity increase.

Reduce food intake.

Keep mind free from tension .

All three steps will appear impossible.
