Now 180. Both before breakfast.
Walking everyday 30 minutes, pranayamam 20 minutes.
Diet strict, no sugar direct or indirect.

If you really want a solution you will have to talk in concrete terms. Loose words can't make us understand anything.
Get your basic reports done. Tell us frankly what you eat. Only then we can give you some guidance.
