hi i m suffering from uric acid very badly, which was at its normal range i.e 7 points but there is unbearable pain in my hand's joints and also there is swelling.
sometimes it comes down but when it starts can not bear. i m having tab. zyloric per day with pain killer. but relief.
please suggest me suitable.

I was having uric acid and first I stopped milk powder, non veg, lentils like dal, green peas,. I used to boil pure water with coriander seeds and drink. Little about 10-12 seeds boil with water for 30 seconds and keep closed for some time. Drink either warm or cold (room temperature). Definitely uric acid will come down. For swelling in legs keep pillows in bed and sleep by keeping your legs on that. It helps to reduce swelling. Iam not saying this is 100% correct but my experience only. Try it may help. kranjeet3587 I have given up bread (gluten, wheat, etc,) not 100% completely because that's nearly impossible. But not eating the "big offenders" like bread, pasta, has helped to greatly decrease the pain I'd experienced for so long, especially in my finger joints.
