Hi, all. I m diabetic since 5yrs.my fasting 104 and pp 180 presently. It is nearly same since last 6mnts.but I feeling instant mild dizziness after eating little sugary items or taking carbohydrates. Why it is. I m taking teniva m morning and metmorfin 500 night.

dizziness symptom occurs in both hypoglecemia as well as hyper glecemia.you should measure sugar level and decide which is the cause.you should consult doctor for remedial action
You should test when you are feeling dizzy.Even a single slice of extra bread slice can spike your sugar level by as much as 30 points.Craving for sugary items is understandable,but your ppbs is at 180,why indulge in sugary items?
Consumption of carbohydrate including sugar may cause accumulation of excess glucose in the blood. This is injurious to your health and may cause diabetic complications in distant future.
Postprandial blood sugar should not exceed 140 mg/dL. The dizziness may be due to excess secretion of insulin into the blood stream and sudden decrease of blood sugar (Reactive hypoglycemia or postprandial hypoglycemia). Check your blood sugar when this symptom is felt.

I have tested today with fingers pick by accucheck and my pp is 117 after carbohydrates consumption. But I m feeling mild dizziness at the time of testing. My pp may be near 140_150 as my device differ by 30to40.
Do you eat sweets sometimes or always?
Not sweet but items with sweet like good day biscuits, rice in 10 o'clock etc
When you eat sugary stuff pancreas starts producing insulin and therefore sugar falls down quickly. As this happens in short time as compared to complex carbs or proteins or fats you feel dizziness.
Looking at your numbers you don't seem to be much insulin resistive but can be if you don't change your sweet eating habit.
Please consult a good disbetologist.
Change your cookies to something like crackers n eventually try stop it altogether. A very good substitute for rice is quinoa. It tastes almost similar but is v low carb! My sugar cravings were cured by gymnema sylvestre drops. Now I don't feel like having sugary high carb things and without missing me, just little carb substitution with either high fivres or healthy fats I've brought down my sugar levels. In jan 2017 it was fasting:424. Now its fasting76/pp98. With healthy cholesterol levels too.. long live LCHFdiet.. 😊
If you have hyper acidity also,you feel dizzy as soon as you eat anything,after sometime you feel better,make sure you don't suffer from acidity
Post breakfast dizziness is my struggling point many days .I eat chapati in morning tea with biscuit not sure how it is related as BP and sugar both measured many times,allways found less than 140 . Does anybody know if it is a gall bladder malfunctioning
