The problems caused by T2 can be neuropathy  (nerve damage)  or vascular (blood vessels - both caused by out of control blood sugar. If that continues then the problem will get worse and the other horrible complications will be inevitable. The only real way to treat the condition is to get your blood sugar under control by eliminating the foods that spike insulin and glucose and replacing the energy deficit with natural fats your grandparents would recognise.

How old are you ? You can take Megalis 10 (Tadalafil)  tablet. Long term diabetes contributes to ED , that is true. But usually it has a psychological part , for which your partner should activate you by foreplay and showing willingness, and urge . Well dont tell her that you have taken such drug. Otherwise although the medicine will make your staff rock hard , you will be frustrated and may not get full satisfaction. Do not take alcohol if you take this tablet . If you are a heart patient ask your doctor if he permits . The best would be to tell your wife (hope you dont go to others) to excite you. See porns together.   The medicine can be taken as 5 mg also as a maintenance dose. Dont take more than  3 weeks at a stretch . Check your testosterone level , if it is normal it will work . There should be an ambience of sex, otherwise it may not work. If you are bit old you may even take upto 20 mg . Try one day and give me a feed back. Tadalafil is a better drug than Cidanofil citrate (Viagra). There are many brands like Manforce etc. Goodluck man !

Are you completely off your meds? What were your FBS, PPBS and HBA1C numbers before and after attending the program? How much time did it take to achieve normal BS numbers?
