Firstly share your blood test report full diabetic package. What medicine u used Without your medicine used and your daily consumed food no answer maybe suitable

however excesice and yoga or walking tobe done and keepit p as routine work.

Whatever medicine u may take try

methi powder 300 gms + cinnoman ( Dalchini ) 100 gms +turmeric powder 10to 20 gms mixed properly and us daily before break fast lunch and dinner with one cup of water or buttermilk
