Actually there were quite different approach of old people lavishness. They all are hard workers and dedicated to their work. Due to lack of resources they all were worked physically. So due to their hard works ...their body are able to digest all type of food.

You can now feel this things in villagers or labours , in worst atmospheric conditions they all are doing hard work , survive their life in very unhygienic places eventough they are very far away with this type of syndrome like diabetes. And as per survey diabetics patients are growing more in A and B class cities more due to familiar lifestyle.

If we understand the effect of bad eating habits or unbalance diet, so we have to aware and take precautions for our family members and society.

Dear Mr. Anup, I just wanted to know whether Beetle nut is Harmful or beneficial for a diabetic? Because I have come to know that it causes damage to internal organs including Liver & Pancreas. Is this true.? Since you are a very learned person I have put the question to you. I will appreciate your answer.
