If you think that taking a homeopathic 'medicine' that contains absolutely no active ingredients whatsoever is a method for controlling diabetes, then at best you are living in a fool's paradise, at worst you are out of your mind!

This nonsense is for people with T2 diabetes who don't want to change their lifestyle to something that actually works.

Sir.. But what about the people who are on homeopathy medicines and have a record to prove.

Of course, sedentary changes are being made in the current life styles regarding food / exercise, etc.

They DO NOT have a record to prove it.

There are ZERO double blind, randomised trials that prove their efficacy in any of the thousands of diseases homeopathy claims to cure.

Follow anecdotal 'proofs' at your peril.

Only LCHF can control blood sugar as of now.. Homeopathy doesn't work.. I had seen some add hoardings in Bangalore last year with some testimonies of patients getting 'CURED' of diabetes by using homeopathy.. But u know what within 2 months the hoardings were replaced with the term 'CONTROLLED'.. And after 2-3 months the hoardings disappeared.. What does this mean? Homeopathy is not helpful for diabetes.. !!

Whether homeopathic treatment alone will be effective and enough in this case is unknown.

However please refrain from making statements like "living in fools paradise.....out of your mind" etc. it only proves your ignorance about medicine other than what you know as the conventional medicine (aka allopathy). It possibly reflects the fact that you are not open minded about alternate therapies.

Are you by chance from the US, if so I would discount your response as the "general and widespread ignorance" very commonly seen in majority of Americans about things that are not mainstream in the US. Please google "Homeopathy", "Samuel Hanneman" and you will find a ton of information about homeopathy and whether there is any record of homeopathy being successful as therapy or not etc. Btw I am an American so this is not about a non-American criticizing Americans.

I have used it. No improvement. The only thing that is working for me is low carb diet!

Your fasting and PP numbers are quite high and my suggestion would be to see a good (allopathic) physician to get you started with some medicines that will lower your bs numbers. Continuing with diabonil will most likely not harm you but it doesn;t look like diabonil alone is enough to get your blood sugar down to acceptable levels.

Once you see improvement in the numbers you will gain some extra confidence and the boost to work out a diet plan (there are several plans people can suggest you), do get on an exercise routine and it is possible that you can keep the sugar under control with diet and exercise alone.

Good luck and take care.

Thank you so much for the revert.

I have started my diet and exercise.

Daily for about 25 minutes i do cycling (spot) with a decent speed of 10mph.

Started avoiding rice, though not completely avoided and using less of wheat too as i have read about LCHF diet on the given forum.

My FS is now 155 from 170 in about 2 weeks, with only Dibonil :)

Also having jamun juice(concentrated) daily once along with Dry Awala powder (daily once) on a empty stomach.

Having methi seeds thrice a week.

Hoping to get the sugar less along with my weight.

I also take SBL dibonil . It does help reduce the blood sugar. I also take Karela jamun juice. But i also take my regular allopathy medicines like Glimiprex , Metformin etc. Prescribed by allopathy Doctor. This is because sbl dibonil alone will not help
