NOT TO TAKE MILK AND CURD

Dear Sir, I am diabetic patient for the past 35 years, Even after taking insulin and medicine. Now i am taking no medicine ,I am under the treatment of Accu pressure ,Only taking controlled diet. As per the doctor advice i am not taking milk,Curd . Black coffee or tea is ok, Butter milk is allowed with rice. So avoid milk and curd
