Thanks for the reply patliputra..George told no root vegetables but I think ginger,garlic and onions are root vegetables right? and curd contains some sugar I guess..Correct me if I am wrong

Ginger,garlic and onions are not strictly vegetables and generally used for seasoning other dishes..They are eaten in very moderate quantities and they are not loaded with starch.Root vegetable that are loaded with starch like potato,beet,tapioka,yam etc.are better avoided or consumed in very modest quantities.

I suggest buttermilk. All problems are diluted along with curd's dilution. I take it ad a drink and pary of lunch.

Curd is Probiotic. And others all really good. I think eating this will not create a problem.
