Triglycerides down, total cholesterol means next to nothing, VLDL, down, HDL up, LDL probably up (but will be harmless large fluffy rather than small dense LDLp).

High triglycerides high LDLp, low triglycerides high large fluffy.

Oh, and an added benefit of LCHF is a significant reduction in blood pressure!
