Impact on cholestrol,Triglycerides and HDL,LDL & VLDL levels for people on LCHF Diet?

can anybody tell me what was the impact on above parameters for people who are on LCHF diet?

Triglycerides down, total cholesterol means next to nothing, VLDL, down, HDL up, LDL probably up (but will be harmless large fluffy rather than small dense LDLp).

High triglycerides high LDLp, low triglycerides high large fluffy.

Oh, and an added benefit of LCHF is a significant reduction in blood pressure!
