For that i start taking medicines in week of October (after consulting gynecologist) upto 23 nov...in between I had some infection on my toe for that I took painkillers, antibiotics also an injection for 10 days ( but now do not remember the names of these medicines because I misplace the doctors recommended slip) on 21 to 24 I feel hunger usually it doesn't happen to me...I tested my blood sugar in fasting on 25 November it was 150. Next day tested from same lab. It was 130. Two days later tested at home it was 118. On. Same day tested from another lab it was 137 also the hba1c reading was 6.3....after that I was on very low carb diet for 6 days...and within 3 days I was in normal range....on 9 December my fasting bs after mild yoga for 45 minutes was 100. Also complete urine test in normal ranges..ppbs was 110(but I used one pinch baking soda in one bottle from morning till lunch) now on 16 December my fasting bs tested at home was 97 after yoga for 30 minutes..

Also I want to tell you that my father was diabetic and died due to kidney failure.

If you were lowering carbohydrate did you increase your fats?

If you didn't your approach is wrong. You need to adopt a lifestyle, not a temporary diet that, keeps carbohydrate to a very low level and the only way to replace the consequential energy loss is to base that lifestyle on healthy fats.

Adopting a permanent lifestyle change such as this will almost certainly positively impact on your ambition to start a family.

Better consult your gynecology Dr again. then I've Since you are trying to concieve and blood sugar is high maybe you are suffering from pcos. Metformin is useful in these condition. Better take the advise of your Dr only and don't risk yourself by discussion anywhere.

Your blood sugar levels are near normal and shouldn't be too worried, follow strict regime of balanced food with low glycemic index and work through a disciplined exercise / activities and change lifestyle to remain active and prepare the body for a sound sleep. I suggest you constantly seek advise form a specialist Dr.
