Eggs in high blood sugar

I m suffering from diabetes 375 in blood after meal. Should I take eggs or fish ?

You can take both eggs (whole egg) and fish.

Eggs and fish both will do.You get your sugar level down.Bring it down below 140 either with or without medication.
