Eat more vegetables, preferably raw. It increases the mass you consume with much lesser calorie addition. Helps bowel movement too.

9 rotis per day is too much consumption . Again cassia is passed off as cinaman , papayya seeds as pepper all fruits laced with chemicals , vegetables like cabbage , ladies fingers , carrots etc which are highly recommended for diabetics are sprayed with chemicals for good healthy appearance , even coconut trees and kernels are injected with metacid ,when honey combs are treated with antibiotics for killing the bacteria ,all greens have generous sprinkling of chemicals for better yield ,when fruits are artificially ripened , what is left for healthy eating except onions and potatoes where much damage is not possible. Milk is also is not genuine. g

Thanks .if 9 roti is more than enough then I should 6 roti per day.what abt apple ?..how many km jogging will be sufficient ?

In stead of going for jogging doing yogasanas like ardhamastyendrasana , sarvangasana ,halasana , mandukasana , pranayama are far better for a healthy body and mind and all these asanas ensure good blood circulation which will avoid future complications like diabetic retinopathy , peripheral neuropathy etc . A boon is they help in retaining youthful vigour looks and stamina along with mental equilibrium.

Milk is not genuine because of harmonal injections , fruits are artificially ripened , vegetables are all generously sprinkled with chemicals ,butter and ghee are mixed with animal fats, coconuts are injected with metacid , honey hives are injected with antibiotics . In this bleak picture what is left for healthy eating . The more you go for healthy eating , the more problems are going to be faced . It is not a mere pessimistic statement. The damage is on a high scale , especially in India .You can boil milk and take 2 glasses per day . Onions are a bit safe since much tampering is not possible.Taking care of not becoming overweight sack , I think boiled vegetables including potatoand whole grains boiled and mashed is the only healthy diet as of now today . Egg also can be taken --one per day .Three rotis per meal is infusing too many carbs.

You can take ASHWAgandha , GIngkobiloba ,Avenasathiva , for good sleep , for good blood circulation , for general stamina and sense of well being available with any good pharmacy. Have normal staple food in lesser quantity , avoid too much carbs ,in fact too much of any thing , grow greens in your backyard and use them along with one egg per day.

When vegetables are bought , it is better to soak them with a spoon of salt for an hour and wash thoroholy before using which removes atleast a small amount

of pesticidal toxins

Thanks for good suggestions.I was reading post in this group.. It was good ..

Three rotis per day with generous sprinkling of til seeds , a salad of homegrown vegetables , Soup made up of onions and tomatoes again home grown , sprouts laddus with gud or lopped with coconut shredding and little seasoning , in between thin butter milk all give a feeling of satiation
