Is there any harm, if don't include rice or roti inmy meals? I'm diabetic for last 14 years. I want to cut off carbohydrate from my meals.

Just ensure that you take 3 to 4 non starchy cooked vegs daily.

Not advisable,you requires some percentage of total caloric ,carbohydrates for proper functioning of body and mind..
Only keeping blood sugar in control and ignoring other parameters will harm you in the long run.
Perfectly OK, Please also stop all types & Forms of Sugar, Potato ,i.e any type of Normal carbs.
You may consume some Complex carbs.
Carbohydrates are essential for the body, as it provides nutrition to the nerves as well as instant energy to the body. Controlling sugar level in the blood is an another issue but you can not just afford to skip carbohydrates totally, as it may cause hazardous effects on the body in the long run.
