ANY thing prepared outside is not good as long as you are a diabetic . It is always good to prepare at home , where monitoring is possible.

You can prepare roti from flour of combination of different roasted grains and beans. It will be more tasty. It has to be shallow fried with ghee or oil.

not because it has low carbs , but carb content is equally important for the body. A judicious mix of carbs , proteins and fats is important for the day to day running of the body . A deficiency for short duration may not cause much damage ,but in the long run it definitely is not good . People who are old , who are not expected to lead a very active life , it does not matter much . But when one has to be very active for the discharge of the duties an equilirium , rather the required ratio is a must.

I just want to know that is it ok to eat one time at least whole day definitely gain carb from other foI'd

What food you want to take is immaterial as long as the ratio in the over ALL picture is maintained

CARB Concentrated food gets digested very fast and the system hankers for food more often . That makes more demand on insulin.

Ok thanks

We are not talking about exceptions. Exceptional cases always are different for reasons best unknown

TIME will prove the consequences of excess fat The food habits of humans never supported the intake of excess fat . Always balance is the key factor.

There are millions who disapprove the theory of excess fat .

Drug companies are also of relatively new origin , before which also , there was diabetes .

The continuous intake of excess fat could lead to other health problems , may be leaving diabetes problem solved . I am not taking a single modern medicine, neither I am doing advertising or sales promotion of any system of medicine. I am going by homeopathic philosophy and cure .

Hundreds of years of the practice of Ayurveda never supported excess fat theory .

'' Last 5 decades '' is the crux of the matter. What about the human existence before that and even as recent as 2000 years back , when Ayurveda science had even surgeries and beautiful cures for all types of diseases. Diabetes is as old as humanity ,though not as prevalent as it is today. ANY way I have to appreciate the zeal ,with which LCHF is being propagated by your school of thought . Wish you all the best.

remains to be seen .
