I have been benefited by LCHF in just one month.so why not a campaign be started to make LCHF a way of life for the entire family. A proper dos and don't for the whole family can change the whole picture and eradicate diabetes like we eradicated polio from india.
LCHF for the entire family: I have been... - Diabetes India
LCHF for the entire family
Beware! I am already facing the brunt of a few here (who basically make it a point to see that every LCHF follower is either insulted or provoked to a point of being banned or chased away) just for preaching LCHF. The first indication already came on my very first post here:
healthunlocked.com/diabetes...
Right on my first post, one gentleman in late seventies or early eightees quickly displayed his sarcasm skills. No one who preach mannerism here objected, despite me mentioning that I am a lady. In fact they don't even care if it's a lady below 40 talking. For them, their main agenda is chase every LCHF follower and preacher out from here. Thankfully those nasty comments have been deleted recently by admin. They have been doing this ever since LCHF was first discussed here by Anup since Jan 2013.
But, congratulations on having benefited from LCHF. If one follows the rules of the game, victory is guaranteed. If one tries to find a in-between path, failure is guaranteed as fa as LCHF goes. As far as LCHF for family, Meena (meenaraju user here -- first lady to switch to LCHF) already has it for her family as she discusses on dlife.in Her husband's Cholesterol drugs have reduced drastically.
So, just share your experience and keep spreading LCHF to every diabetic that you come across. The Indian Diabetics community on LCHF is growing in baby steps and that's a great achievement. What was started here by One person (who was also insulted, abused and chased) , now has many who are talking and preaching. NUMBERS don't LIE and Medical Numbers are one thing that can stand the test of even the worse form of RHETORIC
Congratulations once again for gaining control of health on LCHF Diet. All the Do's and Don't of LCHF are thoroughly discussed by a very active community on dlife.in
Diabetes can be minimized only if the failed USDA Pyramid, now replaced by Food plate is Trashed.

Dont take any trans fats means no out side foods as all outside foods contain hydrogenated fats.always keep a watch on the quantity you eat.always buy coconut oil, ghee, full fat milk and no sugars ever
All is going great.Keep it up.Spread the message.Do not be disheartened. Thanks
Everyone is talking about LCHF. can anyone specify a daily diet one should follow. I am a vegetarian and would like to know what I should take for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon, and dinner. Please be very specific in the Indian contest.
A lot and lot has been discussed about this here, and this was started by Anup ( healthunlocked.com/anup ) more than 2 years back, but few kept attacking and insulting him even then. Few keep the same attitude going even now against anyone who practices and preaches LCHF. They simply don't understand LCHF at all, have no personal experience with it, despite the benefits that have been reported by the followers.
That said, you will have to start from basics and not just jump into it. This is where dlife.in has all the relevant details even for a beginner, including many meals posted for kick starting. There are many diabetics who spend their time for FREE to guide anyone who is willing to switch to LCHF. They have their own experience to guide anyone.
Anyone who switches and plays by the rules, never fails. So might as well take a look at dlife.in
