What is the function of fat in lchf in helping diabetis? Does fat give any nutrition or is it used only for filling?
A question like this is rather jaw dropping.
Do a little research such as 'What is the role of fat in the field of human nutrition'.
We can discuss about LWMDR nutrition in separate thread in elaborated manner otherwise, it looks as if we are igniting a fight between LCHF and LWMDR. This question is only regarding the contribution of the fat, not comparison study. Thanks for answering.
Our system needs fats for synthesizing fat soluble vitamins namely : A, D, E vitamins
Elementary : We studied this in school
As soon as we grow up we forget this and start following some wrong notions that we don't need fats
No wonder that in addition to metabolic disorders.... many also now face bone and joint disorders due to this reason also.
