In this life . Stress is everywhere and i do not know anyone living in city who is free from stress .Lucky are those who have skills to manage it.

Take Ashwagadha cap. from Himalaya. It is proven herb for stress. It helps in reducing fasting BS. Start with 250mg 1 cap.
