Since last 3 years you have maintained a fairly constant blood sugar level .but it is desirable that at a first step try to reduce bs levels by 10 mg at both , fasting and pp. Please do not got for any thing drastic. Your body is acclimatised to a bit higher level of blood sugar and sudden reduction in bs sugar may result in hypoglycemia.

As suggested by Indiacratus, if over weight, try to reduce weight by a little physical activity and adjustment in diet.

Clearly you are under weight and your bs is very high which is not under control as per HbA1c. Not only you should consult your doctor, you need to undertake drastic measures to lower your bs. The first and foremost is your diet. Every diet regimen advices a low carb diet. So please bring it down to 100-120 gms and moderate of protein and rest is fat. Add walnut, almond and peanut as well as take a few slices of coconut meat. A bulk of food must be vegetables . Regular restriction for diabetic diet applies.

PP sugar level is high. if you don't want diabetes complications then you have bring your pp under 120 and fasting below 90. what about your hba1c? please follow lchf diet then automatically weight as well as sugar will be reduced. millions of people all over the world got benefit out of it? why not you?

Continue the same medicine with LCHF diet. You may not require that after six months. Please purchase a good glucometer and monitor yous sugar level after different types of food.A time will come you will be able to standardize the food items your self and manage your D2 efficiently. Thanks.

Your fasting is too good as PP is concerned it is slightly more, but nothing to worry, here many people have rightly advised you to reduce your carbohydrate ie chappati, rice, bread etc have whole grain bread un polished rice and multi grain atta. Best wishes and long life.

Inary: Capping carb intake to about 120 (max 150) grams should bring in desired outcome.
