I am type 2 diabetes for the past 7 years. My FBS 104, PPBS 120, now from FBS 180, PPBS 285. Recently I had a surgery for removal of my Gall Bladder. Now my doctor says to completely avoid fat items. In these circumstances what type OF LCHF , I can take. Please advice.

You may adopt Bland diet. A bland diet is a diet consisting of foods that are generally soft, low in dietary fiber, cooked rather than raw, and not spicy. Fried and fatty foods, strong cheeses, whole grains (rich in fiber), and the medications aspirin and ibuprofen are also avoided while on this diet.
Read meat which you say is good fat,cause bladder cancer. I have seen to many persons. (I may tell i am strict vegetarian do not eat even egg.) Do not try to link websites for this.
